Hello everyone! My name is Hannah and I have close to 10 years of experience with educational mentoring, coaching, and training. I've taught at Breakthrough Collaborative, Young People's Project, and a middle school/high school in Ecuador. I've worked as a Trainer at the Posse Foundation, a college access and leadership development program that helps diverse groups of students receive FULL TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS to top colleges. I have experience recruiting, interviewing, and training these students to be prepared for rigorous colleges across the country. I've worked side by side with elite college admission counselors to select these student leaders. I have coached students through the college application process and carried out college access interviews with a pool of over 1,300 students. Most importantly, I have experience consulting and mentoring 120 students and selected college faculty program mentors annually to support them through college graduation. Whether it be course selection, graduation requirement auditing,organizational skills, time management, or professional development - I know what success looks like in a higher education environment and how to set students up with success. We had a graduation success rate of 90%! Additionally, I have helped students secure meaningful internships through resume, cover letter, and interviewing support. Currently, I am doing a graduate internship with Disney in Future Workforce Insights and want to spend my extra time supporting students who want to reach their fullest potential. It is never too early to start researching colleges and preparing. I have learned the most powerful people ask for help when they need it - knowledge is power!
