I am a high school math teacher mostly focusing on Algebra 1 material. I am currently tutoring for the FTCE Mathematics Test for grades 5-9. I have tutored students in math in grades 4 and 5. I am able to work with people of all ages. With the use of manipulatives, I can easily relate math to everyday life. I took AP Calculus my senior year of high school and scored a high 3 on the AP exam.

Over the past 2 years, I have taught students from ages 13 to 19 in high school. I received student awards for the following categories: Favorite Teacher, Most Loveable Teacher, Smartest Teacher, Most Enthusiastic Teacher, Best Looking Teacher, Best Dressed Teacher, and Teacher of the Year. I was a cheerleader in high school and started coaching after graduation. From 2007-2013, I was the varsity co-coach at my high school. My enthusiastic personality towards math makes students feel at ease when learning new concepts. Questions are encouraged and answered in the simplest form to help and check for understanding.
