Hobbies
One of my interests is walking which I do daily either outside or on a treadmill which is located in the small gym in the building where my wife and I live. Another interest is writing Haiku poetry. Haiku - 17 syllables, 3 lines arranged in a pattern of 5-7-5. Each poem contains 2 simple subjects. The first part is the “set-up”. The second part is the surprise conclusion, an unexpected perspective or punch line. Rhymes are not necessary. The 2 sections are separated by a punctuation mark. Subjects were usually about nature, the seasons, but can be anything.
